SMALL GROUP TRAINING IS OPEN TO ALL LEVELS OF FITNESS.
Classes are 50 minutes long and include a combination of movements (strength, balance, cardio, core)
STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING CLASSES
Our classes utilize the concepts of periodization (strategic implementation of specific training phases) to maximize your fitness results. Attendees will be trained in a variety of training modalities including; strength, power balance, core agility, endurance and mobility.
STUDENT ATHLETE DEVELOPMENT
Students 7th Grade to Pre College will be trained in sports performance, core strength and injury prevention in order to increase performance, run faster, jump higher, play stronger and dominate competition.
FEES: $15 Drop In
2 Days a week - $105 a month
3 Days a week- $125 a month
unlimited membership $145 a month

Tuesday: 6:30am Andy
Wednesday: 6:30am Andy
Thursday: 4:30pm Debi
First class is free.
