SMALL GROUP TRAINING IS OPEN TO ALL LEVELS OF FITNESS.
Classes are 50 minutes long and include a combination of movements (strength, balance, cardio, core)
STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING CLASSES
Our classes utilize the concepts of periodization (strategic implementation of specific training phases) to maximize your fitness results. Attendees will be trained in a variety of training modalities including; strength, power balance, core agility, endurance and mobility.
FEES: $15 Drop In
2 Days a week - $105 a month
3 Days a week- $125 a month
Unlimited membership - $145 a month
First class is free.
